Due to the recent, impressive growth in research capacity and expertise plus some state of the art laboratory facilities in our Clinical Trails Unit (CTU) at The Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) in Viet Nam we are looking for a Senior Clinical Trails Unit Manager to join our qualified Clinical Trials team to ensure efficient and high quality research meets international standards. The new post has been created to meet the challenge of expansion and to manage significant new research projects which have been funded, including one to run randomised controlled trails across Africa and Asia.

The postholder will be responsible for supporting and developing the overall research activities of OUCRU in Viet Nam.

You will have been educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in a field related to health research, you will also have significant experience in all aspects of clinical trials and in the conduct of clinical trials compliant with ICH-GCP guidelines. Excellent diplomacy, interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with a high level of organisational and record keeping skills. You will also have the willingness to travel extensively in South East Asia and Africa.
